    The CCS Companies, a Collection and Business Process Outsourcing leader, is looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join its Partnership Development team.  General responsibilities include the coordination of marketing activities, which may include advertising, direct mailing, printing, customer events, trade show and conference organization, and presentation preparation. Responsible for sales support, including CRM administration and the utilization of sales databases and lead lists to support the front-end of the sales process.  In addition to being the primary sales and marketing support person, this candidate will also assist other members of the Executive team and Senior Management with report production, presentation, market research, and work on special projects as required.  



    • Assists in the planning of marketing campaigns and activities by organizing presentations and meetings, aiding in marketing and advertising strategies, and planning promotional presentations.
    • Coordinates, and in some cases drives, tradeshow and conference planning by scheduling meetings and assembling and coordinating specific conference/tradeshow requirements.
    • Assist in post conference and tradeshow follow-up meetings and strategies.
    • Keeps inventory of promotional materials and coordinates inventorying stock, placing orders, verifying receipt.
    • Supports the AVP of New Business Development and National Sales VPs by providing product and service information for prospecting company(s).
    • Responsible for compiling or generating recurring or ad hoc reports for the Partnership Development team.
    • Support Sales with administrative tasks, such as providing account analysis, preparing requested power point presentations or supporting Salesforce needs .
    • Assist with posting online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
    • Involvement in drafting company marketing literature such as brochures, to enhance the company’s presence in the market.
    • Utilization of sales databases, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and other resources to assist with sales lead qualification.



    • 1-2 years experience or training in marketing or sales preferred, but willing to make exceptions for the right candidate.
    • Social media expertise and other technical knowledge required.
    • Experience in customer service or other people-oriented fields desired.
    • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
    • Meticulous planning skills, exceptional detail orientation and through, consistent follow up skills.
    • Exceptional communication skills, oral and written.
    • Expertise is using Microsoft Office and its suite of programs.
    • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
    • Desire to succeed.
    • Excellent ability to handle technology and computers..




    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Bachelors Degree with a focus in Marketing preferred.
