The CCS Companies, a Collection and Business Process Outsourcing leader is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join its Sales team. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for conducting strategic business development efforts with the objective of introducing/positioning CCS' suite of service offerings and value proposition to key decision makers in order to create qualified leads for the Outside Sales team.
This position is located in our headquarters in Norwood, MA and reports to the Vice President, Partnership Development.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support Outside Sales by prospecting, qualifying and generating new B2B sales leads. The right candidate will be high energy, confident, self-motivated, resilient, results-focused and have excellent relationship building skills. The ISR will be comfortable engaging with senior management and executive leadership of national and global organizations (i.e. Fortune 10 companies).
The Inside Sales Representative will work an assigned territory or industry vertical to proactively identify and develop new business prospects. The ISR will also target new segments for a portion of our existing client base. The ISR uses creativity and resourcefulness to reach high level decision makers and influencers, leveraging multiple resources including marketing leads, website inquiries, prospect lists, self-driven discovery efforts and research to qualify leads and to reach decision makers, with the ultimate goal of scheduling face to face meetings.
The ISR uses his/her excellent communication skills to create and execute communication campaigns, in partnership with Sales Support and management. The ISR will utilize inbound and/or outbound calls, e-mail, LinkedIn, networking and other outreach methods to develop and execute account penetration strategies.
The right candidate will be skilled at probing and assessing business needs, and is able to use a consultative sales approach with prospects. The ISR will have a solid grasp of all products and services, and be able to demonstrate competence in presenting a compelling value proposition to prospects, in order to meet and exceed goals.
All sales activity (call prospecting, qualifying companies, identifying contacts, setting appointments, meetings, etc.) will be tracked and monitored within contact management software (Salesforce).
