    The CCS Companies, a Business Process Outsourcing leader with over 50 years of industry experience is looking for a talented Arbitration Quality Monitoring Representative to join its dynamic team of Arbitration and Subrogation professionals in Portsmouth, NH.

    As an integral member of the Arbitration team, the Arbitration Quality Monitoring Representative will manage Subrogation files, train team members and review Arbitration applications for quality and accuracy.


    • Experienced, professional and creative writing skills required

    • Auto insurance background preferred.

    • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • College degree preferred.


    • Successfully review, prepare, and work Subrogation files.
    • Train new hires on how to prepare quality contentions, file arbitration and complete other daily tasks.
    • Daily review of decisions from Arbitration Forums and challenge when necessary
    • Daily review of Arbitration applications from other Arbitration Representatives
    • Make suggested edits, corrections and recommendations for top quality contentions/packets to be forwarded to Arbitration Forums.
    • Accumulate all data from Quality Reviews and provide monthly feedback to department manager.   Provide follow-up training to each representative.
    • Keep abreast of all Arbitration Forums updates and provide feedback to department manager and all applicable parties.
    • Provide feedback on the quality review process, errors, omissions and decisions.
    • Brainstorm ideas with the department manager and team mates.
