    As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for qualifying and reaching out to an assigned territory/industry, prospecting for new opportunities, communicating CRM’s value proposition and establishing relationships with key decision makers.

     

    Inside Sales Reps look for creative ways to qualify and reach out to prospects. Identify new business opportunities by creating and implementing communication campaigns with management assistance. Utilize inbound and/or outbound calls, and develop account penetration strategies. Monitoring sales activity (call prospecting, qualifying companies, and scheduling demonstrations) within contact management software.

     

    You will be responsible for understanding CCS CRM’s product offerings and competitive differentiators.

    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Attain and track daily activity metrics – outbound calls, decision maker contacts, qualified leads
    • Manage time efficiently, meet personal goals, and work effectively with other members of the CRM team.
    • Dedicates all efforts necessary to develop new opportunities through networking, cold calling, working with partners, following up with past prospects, and any other possible activities.
    • Self-motivated and able to complete own role largely independently, within defined policies and procedures
    • Seeks intervention from his/her manager, or teammates, on complex deals that fall outside of existing guidelines
    • Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone with high level decision makers
    • Understanding of Call Center terminology in relation to the voice application arena, predictive dialers, speech recognition, audio scripting & editing

    Responsibilities

    • 2-4 years of relevant experience
    • Problem solver who is flexible and adaptable to new ideas and improvements
    • Ability to multi-task and work on several deals at once
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment
    • Ability to meet revenue and effort quotas
    • Coach-ability: Being receptive to feedback, willing to learn, embracing continuous improvement and is receptive and responsive to change
