Overview

The CCS Companies, a Collection and Busniess Process Outsourcing leader is looking for a driven Technical Consultant to join our growing team!

 

POSITION SUMMARY 

The Technical Consultant is responsible for implementing technical solutions for our numerous Automated Voice Messaging (AVM) customers and working with our Sales team to present the technical components of our products to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage AVM customer accounts, cultivate customer relationships and identify new revenue opportunities
  • Aid in improving current business processes and take part in product development
  • Provide consultative industry best practices to continuously optimize and improve on AVM campaign results
  • Lead cross functional teams to ensure client deadlines are met
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations, case studies and other collateral to present to clients at monthly/quarterly reviews
  • 25% travel

  • Preferred understanding of Call Center technolog, including voice application arena, predictive dialers, SQL, TTS, speech recognition, audio scripting & editing

 

EDUCATIONAL/Credential REQUIREMENTS:

  • B.S. Degree preferred or directly related equivalent experience.
