Overview

As a Client Service Representative, you will work with both our clients and internal staff to perform administrative functions on behalf of the client and provide support to the Subrogation department. You will be responsible for printing documentation, updating files, processing mail, as well as reviewing faxes and emails.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process all client mail, faxes, and email.
  • Maintain knowledge and compliance with all FDCPA and state laws.
  • Identify insurance documents via various client systems.
  • Verify insurance supplements and claim balances for various departments via client systems.
  • Assist client services with processing client updates, closures and request.
  • Filing, faxing, copying and mail preparation.
  • Communicate in writing and verbally with supervisors, managers, co-workers, and clients.
  • Participate in various problem solving and decision making activities.
  • Read and interpret information in hard copy and electronically.
  • Maintain professionalism through all written/verbal contact with clients.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must demonstrate accurate typing skills of 35-40 WPM.
  • Excellent follow through, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task efficiently.
  • Professional telephone skills to handle all client service related calls (incoming and outgoing).
  • Basic math and written communication skills.
  • PC knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Subrogation knowledge a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
