As a Customer Service Agent (CSA), you will be responsible for making payment arrangements and/or responding to routine consumer questions (calls) on behalf of our clients. We provide complete training and user-friendly scripts to guide you through each telephone contact. To be successful, you will need to maintain a customer service demeanor at all times. You will be thoroughly trained to negotiate the best possible payment arrangements and/or provide direction to help resolve consumer disputes.
